The ensemble of the three buildings boasts energy-saving solutions that help to reduce utility costs by up to 40%. Besides offices, there are also kindergarten, sports facilities, shop, restaurant and other conveniences in the buildings.
Quadrum consists of three buildings; 17 storey Quadrum East, 12 storey Quadrum North and 9 storey Quadrum South. The complex also includes a 2 000 m2 interior courtyard with mature roughly 10-metre pine trees, plus landscaped roof terraces that save rainwater.
