The development offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, providing modern, efficient living in a waterfront setting, with amenity and service spaces incorporated within the lower levels.
DELTABEAM® was utilized in the podium portion of the structure to accommodate transfer conditions and provide greater flexibility in the layout, while wood framing was used for the upper residential floors. Originally, cast-in-place concrete was considered for the podium; however, DELTABEAM® was selected to support a faster construction schedule while maintaining adaptability in the structural layout.
Gauri Shankar Flagship UR, LLC is the project’s developer, and Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners served as the architect. The structural engineering was completed by JT Engineering, while DO Campo Builders acted as the general contractor and erector. ComSlab® supplied the long span metal deck.
