A new multipurpose commercial building was erected in Steinach for the elevator manufacturer AS Elevators.
The building complex consists of a main building with a production/warehouse hall as well as a head building with office space and a smaller commercial hall, which is intended for rental.
The complete planning was done with BIM-3D and included complex connections in the area of the crane runway due to limited room height. The connections were worked out together with Peikko.
Thanks to Peikko's DELTABEAM® Frame composite frame system, spans of up to 13 meters could be achieved and the construction time was only 13 months.
